Abstract
It is a well-established fact that in human brain tumors the so-called blood-brain barrier system is severely affected. This has been proved by the use of indicator substances such as dyes (3, 6) or radioactive isotopes (2, 19, 25). Gamma-encephalography, a current diagnostic method, is based on this principle (25).
