Summary
Exercise induced asthma (EIA) is commonly defined as a bronchial obstruction which usually occurs 6 to 8 minutes after starting a submaximal exercise, reaching its maximum 3 to 20 minutes after the end of exercising and disappearing spontaneously after 30 to 120 minutes.
