Flexible Konfigurierung für die Gebäudeautomation

Abstract

Die Firma ‘ATB Automatisierungstechnik’ entwickelte ein Gebäudeautomationssystem, das CAN zur Kommunikation einsetzt. Der Aufbau des Systems ist äußerst flexibel und bietet die Möglichkeit, eine unterschiedliche Anzahl von CAN-Komponenten zu integrieren. Besonderes Augenmerk wurde auf die Inbetriebnahme des Systems gelegt. Eine menügeführte Software ermöglicht dem Inbetriebnehmer die Einstellung der Systemparameter und den Aufbau der Kommunikation. Die Vergabe der Identifier der einzelnen Objekte wird nicht durch Hardwarecodierung, sondern durch einen Programmiervorgang aller am Bus angeschlossenen Komponenten durchgeführt. Jeder Knoten muß für die flexible Vergabe der Identifier vorbereitet sein. Ein zentraler Knoten organisiert das Verteilen der IDs. Zu diesem Zweck übernimmt er für die Dauer der ID-Vergabe die Masterfunktion. Nach Abschluß der Zuteilung ist die Kommunikation entsprechend der Anwendung möglich.

Der Kommunikationsaufbau erfordert ein Tool zur Generierung der IDs entsprechend der Anwenderdaten und ein Tool zur flexiblen Vergabe der IDs.

Abstract

The Austrian company ‘ATB Automatisierungstechnik’ has developped a new CAN-based system for flexible home automation which cuts down costs for heating and air-conditioning while increasing user-comfort. The system is very flexible and offers the use of a variable amount of CAN-components. Special attention is directed to putting the system into operation. A software which is easy to use makes the setting of system-parameters and the setup of communication possible. The distribution of the identifiers is not carried out by hardware facilities but by a protocol on the CAN-bus. Every node must be prepared for the flexibel distribution of the identifiers which is organized by a master-node. When this process is finished all nodes can be used for their intended application even the master-node.

One tool is needed to generate the IDs in accordance to the application and another one for the distribution.
