Pole Structure of the \({\frac{3}{2}^ + }\) Resonance in 5He and n+α Scattering Observables

Presently adopted n+α scattering phase shifts from long past parametrization of the \({\frac{3}{2}^ + }\), 16.75 MeV resonant state in 5He are found at variance with results of the present R-matrix analysis of observables in the 5He system. It enables to dismiss the controversy considered in the recent dynamical microscopic analysis ot the two-pole structure of the S(\({\frac{3}{2}^ + }\))-matrix associated with this state.
