Universal description of the He3 system at low energy

Universal laws have been considered for the near-threshold three-body scattering in the three-body system with short-range interactions.

To solve the scattering and bound state problems all the terms of the system of hyperradial equations have been obtained analytically m the asymptomic domain of large hyperradius ρ. The solution reveals universal description for the He2+ He elastic scattering below the three-body threshold and the uppermost He3 bound state regardless of the exact interaction of helium atoms.
