Zusammenfassung

In der Verhaltenstherapie werden wichtige Aspekte eines Problemverhaltens im Rahmen einer Mikroanalyse dargestellt, bei der man wiederum vier Verhaltensebenen unterscheidet (vgl. Bartling et al., 1992) (s. Abb. 1):

  • kognitive oder gedankliche Ebene,

  • emotionale Ebene des Problemverhaltens,

  • physiologische Ebene,

  • Handlungsebene.
