Zusammenfassung

Glukokortikoide sind die wichtigste Stoffklasse für die Behandlung entzündlicher Atemwegserkrankungen und einiger. Beispiele für ihre überragende Bedeutung sind das Asthma, bestimmte Stadien und Verlaufe der Sarkoi- dose, die eosinophile Pneumonie und die organisierende Pneumonie (BOOP).
