Zusammenfassung
Nicht selten wird der Internist mit dem Symptom Schwindel als erstbehandelnder Arzt konfrontiert. Die diagnostisch korrekte Zuordnung kann bei dem weiten Spektrum in Betracht kommender innerer Erkrankungen schwierig sein, da Schwindel seltener als Leit-, sondern häufiger als Begleitsymptom in Erscheinung tritt.
