Zusammenfassung

Hörstörungen bei Schwindelerkrankungen kommen in unterschiedlicher Häufigkeit vor. Dabei muß nach dem Sitz der Schwerhörigkeit unterschieden werden zwischen cochleären oder peripheren Läsionen mit Sitz im Innenohr und retrocochleären (neuralen und zentralen) Läsionen mit Sitz im Hörnerven oder der zentralen Hörbahn.
