Zusammenfassung
Bei überwiegend renal ausgeschiedenen Substanzen kommt es im Falle einer Niereninsuffizienz zur Kumulierung des Antibiotikums. Die Dosis muß der Schwere der Niereninsuffizienz (Kreatininclearance!) angepaßt werden. Die Gefahr der Nebenwirkungen ist abhängig vom Ausmaß der Kumulation und der Toxizität der Substanz.
