Abstract
The agger nasi is an external feature of the ethmoid complex. It is visible to the endoscopist immediately above the anterior attachment of the middle turbinate. The agger nasi cell itself is the most anterior superior cell of the ethmoid complex. The cell and its posterior medial wall constitute the fourth critical anatomic landmark for the endoscopist.
