Zusammenfassung
Die Inzidenz des Analkarzinoms ist in den Daten für das kolorektale Karzinom enthalten. Der Anteil der Analkarzinome an den kolorektalen Karzinomen beträgt 1–2%, an den anorektalen Karzinomen 3–3,5%. Die Inzidenz liegt in Österreich unter 1/100.000 EW pro Jahr. Das Analkarzinom tritt ab dem 30. LJ. bei einem Erkrankungsgipfel um das 60. LJ. auf. Die Geschlechtsverteilung zeigt ein Überwiegen der Erkrankung bei Frauen; bei homosexuellen Männern findet sich jedoch ein deutlich höheres Risiko. Die Inzidenz bei Männern vor dem 45. LJ. ist steigend.
