Abstract

In this talk we present the recent theoretical advances in studying metastable states of the antiprotonic helium atoms He+ ̄p. The α2 (au) and α4 relativistic corrections for the bound electron and α2 corrections for the heavy nuclei as well as the one-loop and two-loops QED corrections such as the electron self-energy and vacuum polarization up to the order of α5 In α would be discussed.
