What does it take to make a good rehabilitation service? At first sight, this seems a simplistic, even impossible question to answer. After all, rehabilitation is delivered in many different situations, at different times after injury, and by very different groups of people. Furthemore, as rehabilitation professionnals often point out, patients with acquired brain injury (ABI) form a very diverse group with different needs, and there is no one “golden rule” for rehabilitation.
