Summary
The Amerlite anti-HBc IgM assay was evaluated as a tool for determination of antibody levels. With an assay time of 1 hour, the test showed a broad dose response range with high sensitivity and specificity. The software configuration of the analyser can be customised to suit specific research requirements.
