Abstract

The success of SU(6), as long as concern multiplet structure of elementary particles, mass formulas, ω-φ, mixing, μpN ratio, D/F for meson baryon couplings, Johnson-Treiman relations and s-wave non-leptonic hyperon decays, lead people to attempt to understand the origin of this symmetry more deeply.
