I would like to start by making a list of the various topics of the conference. First, are the atomic constants. The next points we have treated are the initial mass data: mass spectroscopic data and Q-values. The last point will include also alpha and beta decay energies. Then, we consider the combination of these values in order to get a consistent set of atomic masses. The fifth point is trying to represent these data by a mass formula, and then the sixth point, treated for the first time in a mass conference, is looking at excited states. They also have masses, and the difference in masses between different excited states is very interesting. And then the last point is considering the statistical methods used. This last point is of interest for all the other points so I had better start with that.
