Zusammenfassung
Adrenokortikotropes Hormon wurde bisher nur intramuskulär oder im Form einer intravenösen Dauertropfinfusion1 verabreicht. Ich habe zusammen mit Metzenroth2 vor kurzem gezeigt, daß ACTH auch dann wirksam ist, wenn es in Form intravenöser Einzelinjektionen in ganz kleiner Dosierung von ein- bis zweimal täglich ½ bis 1 mg verabfolgt wird, Wir zeigten damals bereits Veränderungen des Ekg. nach intravenöser Verabreichung von ACTH.
