Zusammenfassung

Die Panumschen Areale (P.A.) der Netzhaut, auch Verschmelzungskreise oder Empfindungskreise genannt, werden als die Bereiche definiert, mit welchen binokular einfach gesehen wird. Über die Ausdehnung und Form dieser Bezirke liegt eine Reihe von experimentellen Untersuchungen vor, so daß die Verhältnisse eindeutig geklärt erscheinen.
