Abstract
This paper gives a method for determining the elements of the orbit of a satellite revolving around a spherical earth with no atmospheric drag. The method makes use of six values of received frequency at six specific times from an emitting satellite. Also derived are the equations necessary for determining the latitude and longitude of the subsatellite track as a function of the time.
