Zusammenfassung

Sein Gesamtspiegel im Blutplasma bzw.-serum beträgt normalerweise 9,0 bis 10,9 mg%. Das Gesamt-Ca (Catot) wird in eine 1. nicht ultrafiltrierbare oder eiweißgebundene und 2. ultrafiltrierbare Fraktion (CaUF) unterteilt. Zu letzterer zählen das a) ionisierte (Ca++) und b) komplexgebundene Ca.
