Abstract
Tensors have been largely utilized in the analysis of electric circuits. Especially, Gabriel Kron [20] has been the very first author to deal with tensors extensively in circuit analysis. He also introduced tensors with his tearing method of analysis (Diakoptics) into discrete systems. Sokolnikoff [5] and many others [21, 22, 23, 24] indicated the power of tensors in continuum mechanics. J.W. Soule [25] employed tensors in piping flexibility analysis. S.F. Borg [26] slightly touched tensors in structural analysis.
