Abstract

Mechanisms of cerebral blood flow disturbance in pathological conditions (such as cranio-cerebral trauma, acute disturbance of cerebral circulation etc.) differ. All cerebral blood flow changes are first of all based on intracerebral pressure (ICP) changes, caused by different factors. The problem of local cerebral blood flow (LCBF) changes in different degrees of intracerebral hypertension is also of great importance.
