Abstract
2- and 3-body eikonal approximations are summarized, and an explicit formula for the 3-body eikonal scattering T-matrix, describing πd→πd process, is given. A relation between Glauber formula, Faddeev equation, and Watson multiple scattering series is considered, and a number of cancellations off- and on-shell are shown. As an application the deuteron recoil form factor is presented and calculated for different values of momentum transfer.
