Hemangiopericytoma

Abstract

Hemangiopericytomas are malignant vascular tumors derived from perithelial cells (Zimmerman’s pericytes, myoid cells, see pag. 12). Rare in the soft tissues, this tumor is exceedingly rare in the skeleton.
