Zusammenfassung
Die Gabe des Opiatantagonisten Naloxon zur Therapie des Opiatentzuges wurde erstmals 1971 von Zaks und Mitarbeitern (1) beschrieben. Sie verabreichten Nalo-xonhydrochlorid bei 7 Patienten mit Opiatabhängigkeit. 1975 wurde von Blachley und Mitarbeiter (2) sowie Resnick und Mitarbeiter (3) die intravenöse Gabe beschrieben. Sie infundierten den Opiatantagonisten Naloxon fraktioniert in zeitlichen Abständen Patienten mit Opiatabhängigkeit intravenös und konnten damit nicht nur Entzugsymptome erzeugen, sondern vor allem die Dauer der gesamten Entzugsperiode verkürzen.
