Zusammenfassung
Als Inkontinenz werden unfreiwillige Harnverlustepisoden bezeichnet, bei denen der Patient nicht willkürlich und in einer für ihn sozial nicht akzeptablen Situation miktioniert. Aus physiologischer Sicht wird Inkontinenz definiert als intravesikale Druckanstieg der den intraurethralen Druck übersteigt.
