Zusammenfassung
Lumbalgie, Ischialgie und das sogenannte Zervikalsyndrom sind die häufigsten Wirbelsäulenbeschwerden. Bis zu 90% der Menschen haben mindestens einmal in ihrem Leben lumbale Beschwerden. Etwa 60–80% der Menschen leiden zumindest zeitweilig unter Lumbalgie oder anderen Rückenschmerzen. Bei etwa 20–30% ist dieses Leiden chronisch.
