Zusammenfassung

Der Definition nach verstehen wir unter der Koordination das Zusammenwirken von Zentralnervensystem und Skelettmuskulatur innerhalb eines gezielten Bewegungsablaufes. Wir unterscheiden die intramuskuläre Koordination (Zusammenwirken von Nerv und Muskel) von der intermuskulären Koordination (Zusammenwirken verschiedener Muskeln).
