Grundlagen der klinisch-psychologischen Behandlung

Zusammenfassung

Die Wissenschaft Psychologie hat unterschiedlichste Behandlungsmethoden entwickelt, die charakterisiert sind durch den Einsatz psychologischer Mittel, d.h. Methoden, die im Erleben und Verhalten ihren Ansatzpunkt haben. Innerhalb der Psychologie unterscheiden wir heute vielfach in Anlehnung an die drei großen Anwendungsbereiche die arbeits- und organisationspsychologischen, die pädagogisch-psychologischen und die klinisch-psychologischen Interventionsmethoden (vgl. Amelang, Zielinski 1997), die sich teilweise überlappen. Je nach Auflösungsgrad lassen sich weitere Interventionsfelder definieren mit den dazugehörigen Interventionsmethoden, so neuropsychologische Intervention, psychologische Intervention im forensischen Bereich usw. Das breiteste und nicht so leicht überschaubare Spektrum von Interventionsmethoden stellt der Bereich der klinisch-psychologischen Behandlungsmethoden dar. Im Folgenden soll dieser Bereich vertieft werden (s. Perrez, Baumann 1998a,b); in diesem Beitrag verwenden wir die Begriffe Intervention und Behandlung synonym (teilweise wird in der Literatur der Begriff Behandlung auch als Synonym für Therapie verwendet).
