Coronal (frontal) sections — Figs. 128–153

  • Henri M. Duvernoy

The preparation, including the brainstem, cerebellum, and diencephalon, is progressively reduced by 2 mm thick sections for Figs. 128–146, then by 4 mm thick sections for Figs. 147–153. Each figure consists of the frontal view of the remaining surface section with oblique views intended to localize the level of the section. Whenever possible, head sections and MRI are added. An identical key applies to any panels a figure is composed of.
