Abstract

The mathematical approach plays an increasing role in the designing of lower extremity prostheses. But the use of mathematical methods prosthetic design it becomes closely connected with the synthesis of an enormous amount of information given by biomechanics, physiology, the theory of automatic regualtion, information theory, and other sciences.
