Abstract
As an example of a dynamic, time-dependent problem of infinite stress concentration let us consider the situation shown in Fig. 20 of the preceding section with the additional assumption that the perfectly rigid blocks pressed into the strip at the distance δ, move at a constant velocity c in the positive direction of x.
