Hemibatwing No Man’s Land

Abstract

This case shows a 51-year-old woman with two adjacent non-palpable lesions of the inner half of the left breast at the 9 o’clock position. This is also called the no man’s land due to bad cosmetic results after breast conservation without oncoplastic techniques. The two lesions can be seen marked on the skin after US localization (Fig. 7.1)
