  • Peter Schrenk

The 42-year-old premenopausal patient was diagnosed with multifocal invasive lobular cancer in the left breast in routine mammography screening. Breast ultrasound revealed three lesions of 8 mm, 6 mm, and 4 mm in the upper outer quadrant; additional breast MRI found the tumors within a contrast enhancement of 36 mm but with no other lesions in both breasts. Axillary lymph node status was negative.
