Abstract
A 48-year-old woman had a history of previous quadrantectomy and axillary lymph node dissection for invasive cancer of the right breast 8 years ago in a foreign country. Postoperatively she underwent chemotherapy and radiation therapy. Family history for breast cancer was negative.
