Nipple-Sparing Mastectomy and Immediate Implant Reconstruction with a Mesh

The 42-year-old premenopausal patient was diagnosed with a palpable mass in the upper inner quadrant of the left breast. Core needle biopsy found a high-grade, receptor-negative, Her-2-neu 3+ invasive breast cancer. Mammography and breast MRI found the tumor of a size of 25 mm with no other lesions in the left or right breast; the axillary lymph nodes were unsuspicious.
