Zusammenfassung
Gut ausgeprägte Ausdauer- und Kraftfähigkeiten sind Grundsteine für sicheres und erfolgreiches Bergsteigen. Nach dem Motto „ohne Fleiß keinen Preis“ sollten diese Fähigkeiten fortlaufend trainiert werden. Eine gute Steigtaktik ist Voraussetzung für eine optimale Umsetzung dieser Fähigkeiten auf Tour.
