Zusammenfassung
Musizieren kann gerade mit Blick auf die gesamte Lebensspanne ein hohes Potenzial an gesundheitsfördernder Wirkung entfalten. Musikalische Bildung soll früh verankert werden: Das Spielen eines Instruments soll bereits im Kindes- und Jugendalter erlernt werden, wobei Instrumentalschülern von Anfang an eine gesunde Art des Musizierens vermittelt werden soll. Die Integration musikphysiologischer Inhalte in die Unterrichtspraxis fördert die musikalische Entwicklung und die Leistung auf dem Instrument, sie beugt gesundheitlichen Problemen vor und schafft die Voraussetzungen dafür, dass Musizieren und musikalische Bildung ihr gesundheitsförderndes Potenzial voll entfalten können.
