Zusammenfassung
Eine Schwangerschaft bei einer Rheuma-Patientin ist in jedem Fall eine Risikoschwangerschaft und in enger interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit zwischen Gynäkologen, Rheumatologen und gegebenenfalls Endokrinologen und Nephrologen unter engmaschigen Kontrollen zu begleiten. Günstig für eine geplante Schwangerschaft ist eine ruhige Krankheitsphase.
