Zusammenfassung

Eine 65 Jahre alte Patientin stellte sich bei uns vor mit einer langsam progredienten Hörminderung auf dem rechten Ohr, die mit einem Brummgeräusch und hängendem rechten Mundwinkel einher ging. Die klinische Untersuchung ergab einer periphere Fazialisparese rechts oII nach House und Brackman und eine Schallleitungsschwerhörigkeit rechts mehr als links.
