Zusammenfassung

Lehrbücner und Nachschlagewerke zur Geschichte der Psychologie orientieren sich in der Mehrzahl an Person en und lnstitutionen, die das Fach getragen haben. Quellensammlungen zur akademischen Fachgeschichte und zur Berufsgeschichte (Geuter, 1986, 1987) folgen typischerweise einem solchen mehr archivarischen oder narrativen Ansatz. Er ist anschaulich, illustrativ und häufig sehr detailreich, muss aber im notgedrungen episodischen Ansatz weniger ergiebig bl eiben für induktive Generalisierungen, wie sie hier gesucht sind.
