Zusammenfassung

Der Stellenwert von radioimmunologischen Glykosid-Konzentrationsmessungen in Geweben ist eng mit der zu beantwortenden Fragestellung verbunden. Will man das Ausmaß und die Beziehung der Kontraktionskraftzunahme und der Herzrhythmusstörungen mit der Anzahl besetzter Glykosidrezeptoren erklären, so helfen die myokardialen Glykosidkonzentrationen nicht wesentlich weiter, weil der Anteil der unspezifischen gegenüber der spezifischen Bindung (letztere zwischen 10 und 20%) nicht konstant ist, und nachgewiesenermaßen von einer Reihe von Faktoren abhängt (Coltart u. Mitarb. 1974, Malcom u. Coltart 1977).
