Zusammenfassung

Den Problemen der Digitalisbehandlung bei Patienten mit chronischer Niereninsuffizienz kommt insofern große klinische Bedeutung zu, als bei Niereninsuffizienz die Pharmakokinetik einzelner Digitalis-Glykoside einschneidend geändert ist. Diese im einzelnen noch kontroversen Probleme waren Gegenstand mehrerer Übersichtsarbeiten [1–3].
