Zusammenfassung

Der folgende, zweite Teil der Untersuchungen wird deutlich werden lassen, daß Carl Schmitt, wo er die Verfassungswirklichkeit der gegenwärtigen parlamentarischen Demokratie, insbesondere der Weimarer Republik, analysiert und diagnostiziert, stets zu dem Urteil gelangt, diese Wirklichkeit sei ein Entartungszustand, der Hoffnung nur zuläßt, sofern sie sich auf Umwälzung und auf ein ganz anderes System richtet.
