Summary
Results of the simulation of the human circulatory system by an uncontrolled pulsatile model are demonstrated. The model allows studies of the orthostatic and pathophysiological states of the circulatory system. It could be proven that the results are in qualitative good agreement with published human data. The model can be used for computer simulation of control systems of the total artificial heart and their comparative testing and their optimization.
