Zusammenfassung

Für eine limitierte Auflage von 70 Stck. Golf syncro Fahrzeugen hat die VW-Forschung einen mechanisch aufgeladenen, ladeluftgekühlten 1,8 1 16 V G 60-Motor (Bild 1) entwickelt.

Die Aufladung übernimmt der von Volkswagen entwickelte G 60 Spirallader. /1/

Der Motor hat eine Leistung von 155 kW/6500 1/min, was einer Literleistung von 87 kW/Ltr. entspricht.

Mit dieser Motorisierung erreicht der unter dem Namen „Golf Limited“ über VW-Motorsport Hannover vertriebene Golf syncro eine Spitzengeschwindigkeit von 230 km/h und eine Beschleunigung von 0 auf 100 km/h in 6,7 Sekunden.

Merkmale des Motorkonzeptes

  • weitgehend unveränderter 1,8 l 16 V 102 kW-Basismotor

  • Mechanische Aufladung mit G 60 Lader,permanent angetrieben

  • Keilrippenriementrieb

  • Lenkhilfepumpe

  • Digifant 1-System mit Saugrohrdrucksensor für Zündung und Einspritzung

  • Ladeluftkühlung

  • Leerlauf füllungsregelung

  • Ladedruckeingriff

  • Abgasreinigung mit Dreiwegekatalysator u. Lambda-Sonde Abgasgrenzwerte nach Anlage 23

  • Kraftstoff Super bleifrei (ROZ 95)
