Zusammenfassung

Artikel 92 des EWG-Vertrages (EWGV) stellt die (Basis-)Norm des EG-Subventionsrechts dar. Darum soll nachfolgend die Vereinbarkeit nationaler Subventionen anhand des Systems des Art. 92 f. EWGV unter Berücksichtigung der aktuellen Streitfragen dargestellt werden.
