Zusammenfassung

Der empirisch arbeitende Entwicklungspsychologe, der als Nachbarwissenschaftler vom Juristen angesprochen wird, sich zur Genese des „sogenannten Rechtsgefühls“ zu äußern, gerät insofern in eine gewisse Verlegenheit, als dieser Begriff, den er bisher nur aus der Alltagssprache kennt, keine unmittelbare Entsprechung in entwicklungspsychologischen Theorien findet.
