Zusammenfassung
Dieser Beitrag diskutiert Möglichkeiten, unter Einsatz der vorhandenen Robotersteuerung mathematische Modelle für Roboterarme automatisch zu erstellen. Vorausgesetzt wird, daß Testsignale direkt auf die Antriebe gegeben und die Reaktion des Arms in Gestalt der Antriebslagen über ein kurzes Zeitintervall aufgezeichnet werden können. Anhand der Testbewegungen werden die wichtigsten Modellparameter, wie Trägheitsmomente, Koppelträgheitsmomente und Reibung off-line bestimmt. Die vorgestellten Verfahren wurden an einem Roboterarm vom Typ manutec r3 erfolgreich erprobt.
